Start-up
The project begins with a free on-site visit, where I meet with the clients to explore the space they wish to transform. During this initial consultation, we discuss design ideas, the scope of the project, your approximate budget, and the level of involvement and services you’re looking for. This conversation helps clarify the vision and expectations, and allows me to understand how best to support the clients’ goals. After the visit, I provide a tailored quote that reflects the specific needs of your project including budget, timeline, and the services you choose.
Surveying and Preparations
In the initial phase of the project, careful surveying and documentation are essential. The process begins with measuring the house or the rooms included in the project to create basic floor plans. At the same time, hidden and structural elements such as plumbing, shafts, and attic spaces are identified to build a complete and accurate map of the property. From the municipality, relevant documents are collected, interpreted, and analysed. If needed, meetings with municipal representatives are scheduled to clarify regulations and permits. To design a home that suits its residents, their daily routines and needs are mapped and analyzed, offering valuable insights for shaping functional flows and spaces. Homeowners are also guided in structuring their preferences and aesthetic inspirations, identifying conflicting ideas, and refining their vision before the real design process begins.
Co-Design in Iterations
The clients’ active engagement is a key aspect in my design approach. Co-design is an iterative and collaborative process in which the clients and I work closely together to shape the design of a project. It typically begins with shared sessions where ideas, needs, and aspirations are openly discussed, allowing both parties to explore possibilities and define priorities. Through a series of design iterations, I develop proposals that are reviewed and refined in dialogue with the clients. Each session builds on the previous one, incorporating feedback, testing solutions, and adjusting the design to better align with the clients’ vision, lifestyle, and practical requirements. This ongoing exchange ensures that the final outcome is not only functional and aesthetically coherent but also deeply rooted in the clients’ values and ways of living.
Permits and Documentations
As part of my architectural services, I offer the preparation of permit documentation required for building approvals. This includes developing detailed technical drawings and plans that comply with local regulations and building codes. I ensure that all necessary components, such as site plans, floor layouts, elevations, sections, and construction details, are clearly presented and professionally formatted for submission to municipal authorities. My goal is to streamline the approval process by delivering accurate, complete, and regulation-compliant documentation that supports the clients’ project from concept to construction.
Design Details and Materials
In this phase of the project, the clients and I work together to define key design details, including materials, finishes, fixtures, and aesthetic direction. Through structured sessions, we explore preferences, evaluate options, and refine selections to ensure the design aligns with the clients’ vision and functional needs. If required, I also provide 3D visualisations to support decision-making and offer a realistic preview of the proposed design before implementation begins.
Site Monitoring
I offer coordination support during the construction phase to help ensure the project progresses smoothly. This includes communicating with selected contractors, conducting site visits to observe progress, and providing feedback on the execution of the design. I aim to support quality and consistency by sharing observations and facilitating dialogue between all parties involved. If the clients wish to, I can remain available to assist them throughout the process, from initial groundwork to final delivery, offering guidance and helping address questions or concerns as they arise.

The free on-site visit includes assessing the space and discussing the clients’ ideas, scope, budget, and desired level of involvement. Based on this consultation, I provide a customised quote aligned with the selected services as well as the project’s parameters, budget and timeline.
Packaged Services
Tailored to the project
The packaged architectural services can cover the entire process from initial surveying of the house to site monitoring during construction. Clients can choose which services to include based on their needs and budget. Clients may also opt to carry out certain tasks themselves, such as performing the initial measurements. The overall price of the package is influenced not only by the selected services but also by the size and complexity of the project. This modular approach ensures professional support where it’s most needed, while allowing for a tailored and cost-effective project structure.

I offer hourly consultation services for clients who wish to receive professional feedback on their own design proposals. In this format, the clients present their plans, sketches, or visions for a space, and I provide expert input to help refine and strengthen their ideas. The sessions may include discussion of spatial layout, functionality, material choices, and feasibility, with the goal of enhancing the overall concept while respecting the clients’ intentions.
